CleanCo Service Agreement

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between CleanCo Greenville (“Company”) and any individual or entity (“Client”) who books services with the Company. By scheduling or purchasing services through CleanCo Greenville, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. This Agreement constitutes a binding legal contract between CleanCo Greenville and the Client.

1. Services
The Company agrees to provide cleaning services to the Client at the address provided by the Client. The specific services to be provided will be detailed in a separate schedule or as agreed upon by both parties.

2. Payment
The Client agrees to pay the Company the agreed-upon rate for services rendered. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged.

3. Liability
- Damage to Property: The Company is not liable for any damage to the Client's property unless such damage is caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Company's employees.
- Breakage: The Company is not responsible for items that are fragile, have pre-existing damage, or are not properly secured. The Client agrees to inform the Company of any fragile or valuable items before the cleaning service begins.
- Lost Items: The Company is not responsible for lost items unless it can be proven that such loss was due to the actions of the Company's employees.

4. Insurance
The Company maintains comprehensive insurance coverage to protect against any damages or losses that may occur during the provision of services. This includes:
General Liability Insurance: Covers bodily injury and property damage to third parties.
- Workers' Compensation Insurance: Covers injuries to our employees while on the job.
- Automobile Insurance: Covers any incidents involving company vehicles.
Property Insurance: Covers damage to property or equipment used by our employees.
- Proof of insurance will be provided upon request. This extensive coverage ensures that both the Client and the Company are protected in the event of any unforeseen incidents.

5. Licensing
CleanCo Greenville is a licensed corporation with the State of South Carolina, the United States, and the City of Greenville, as well as all service areas. This ensures compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

6. Employment Status
All team members of CleanCo Greenville are W2 employees, not contract workers. This structure allows us to better serve our clients with consistent quality and reliability.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- Cancellation Fee: If the Client cancels or reschedules a cleaning less than 48 hours before the scheduled service, the Client will be charged 50% of the total cost of the cleaning.
- Rescheduling Notice: The Client must notify the Company at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel without incurring the cancellation fee.
- Access to Property: The Client agrees to provide the Company with timely access to the property. If access is not provided at the scheduled time, the Client will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total cost of the cleaning.
- Delays: The Company will make every effort to arrive at the scheduled time. However, there may be instances where the Company is delayed due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. The Company will notify the Client as soon as possible in the event of a delay. Such delays do not alter the terms of this Agreement or the Client's obligations hereunder.
- Rescheduling: If the Client needs to reschedule or cancel a service, they must notify the Company at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a cancellation fee.

8. Access to Property
The Client agrees to provide the Company with access to the property at the scheduled time. If the Company is unable to access the property, the Client may be charged a cancellation fee.

9. Use of Client's Contact Information
The Client agrees that CleanCo Greenville may use their phone number or contact information to stay in touch regarding their cleaning services. This includes updates about their scheduled cleanings, routine reminders, or any necessary clarifications related to the service. CleanCo Greenville values your privacy and will use your contact information thoughtfully to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.

10. Client Obligations
- Preparation: The Client agrees to prepare the property for cleaning by removing any personal items, clutter, or hazards that may impede the cleaning process.
Special Instructions: The Client agrees to inform the Company of any special instructions or requests before the service begins.
- Restroom Use: Cleaners may need to use the restroom during their shift. The Client agrees to permit reasonable restroom use, preferably designating a specific bathroom for this purpose. Cleaners will ensure the bathroom is left clean and tidy after use.
- Health and Safety: The Client is required to notify the Company in advance if anyone in the household has any contagious illness, including but not limited to COVID-19, before any scheduled cleaning service. Failure to disclose this information will be considered a violation of the agreement and may result in immediate termination of services. This measure is essential to ensure the safety and health of our cleaners and other clients.

11. Satisfaction Guarantee
The Company strives to provide high-quality services and guarantees satisfaction. If the Client is not satisfied with the service provided, they must notify the Company within 24 hours. The Company will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly.

12. Communication
Clients may communicate with CleanCo Greenville via email or text message using the contact information provided in this agreement. CleanCo Greenville commits to responding to client inquiries within two (2) business days. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Clients acknowledge and agree that CleanCo Greenville may not monitor communications outside of regular business hours, and any urgent matters should be clearly noted in the subject line or body of the message. CleanCo Greenville reserves the right to determine the most appropriate method and timeframe for responding to client inquiries based on the nature of the communication.

13. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice. The Client agrees to pay for any services rendered up to the date of termination.

14. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with the services provided under this Agreement.

15. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina.

16. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and representations, whether oral or written.

17. Amendments
Any amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.

18. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.

19. Notices
All notices required or permitted under this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed delivered when delivered in person or deposited in the United States mail, postage prepaid, addressed to the parties at their respective addresses.
